1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using NexaBinary ("Platform", "we", "us"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally permitted to trade binary options in your jurisdiction, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.

2. Nature of Binary Options

Binary options are fixed-return financial instruments. On each trade you predict whether an asset price will be above or below a strike price at expiry. There are only two outcomes:

• WIN — Your prediction is correct. The agreed payout (up to 95% of stake) is credited to your account immediately.
• LOSE — Your prediction is incorrect. Your entire stake for that trade is lost. No partial refund is given.

When you win a trade:

• Your payout (stake + profit) is credited to your account balance instantly upon trade settlement.
• Payout rates are displayed before each trade and range up to 95% of your stake.
• Winnings are available for withdrawal subject to our withdrawal policy and any applicable verification requirements.
• NexaBinary reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or system manipulation is detected.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are processed via M-Pesa or card and credited upon confirmation. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Deposits are non-refundable once trading has commenced.

6. Demo Account

The $10,000 demo balance is virtual currency for practice purposes only. Demo profits cannot be withdrawn and do not represent real money. Demo account results may not reflect real-account performance due to differences in execution and market conditions.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to manipulate the Platform.
• Providing false registration information.
• Money laundering or use of proceeds from illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform in any way.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Responsible Trading

We strongly encourage responsible trading. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Set personal limits on how much you deposit and trade. If you believe you have a gambling problem, seek help from a licensed professional. NexaBinary supports responsible trading and may enforce account limits where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

NexaBinary and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, market losses, or business interruption arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10. Amendments

NexaBinary reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By registering you consent to this jurisdiction.
